At EazLock (a product of Yupsis, https://yupsis.com), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the highest level of security for both merchants and retail customers. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is used, and our strict boundaries regarding personal data.

1. What Information We Collect

  • Merchant Account Data: Merchant Name, Business Email, Contact Number, Store Address, and payment billing records.
  • Device Location: Real-time GPS location of the financed device, fetched only when requested while the device is online, solely for security and asset protection during the active EMI period.
  • Lock/Unlock Status: Command delivery status for remote locking and unlocking the device based on EMI payment schedules.

2. Strict Personal Data Protection (What We NEVER Collect)

  • NO Personal Files or Media: We NEVER access, read, or upload photos, videos, audio, or personal files.
  • NO Communication Logs: We NEVER access SMS, messages, contacts, or call history.
  • NO Device Telemetry or Monitoring: We NEVER collect browsing history, personal app data, battery telemetry, or background usage.
  • Device Administrator and Location permissions are strictly limited to remote lock/unlock and security location retrieval.

3. EMI Completion & Complete Privacy Restoration

When all EMI payments are 100% paid and cleared: Device Administrator permission is immediately relinquished from the Phone/TV. All merchant access to location tracking, locking, and device telemetry is permanently revoked. The customer can freely uninstall the EazLock application from their device.

4. Payment & Financial Data Security

We do not store your sensitive financial data (such as card numbers, CVVs, or MFS PINs) on our servers. All online transactions are processed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including EPS - Easy Payment System) using encrypted SSL/TLS 256-bit connections.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or device data to any third party or advertisers. Data is only processed through trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., licensed payment gateways, secure cloud storage) strictly to operate our service, or when required by legal authorities in Bangladesh.
