How EazLock Works
- Financed Device Enrollment: When a customer purchases a smartphone or Smart TV on EMI, the EazLock app is installed on the device with Device Administrator and Location permissions.
- EMI Security & Remote Controls: During the repayment period, merchants can monitor device status, send automated payment reminders, and remotely lock the device if an installment becomes overdue.
- Zero Personal Data Access: EazLock respects user privacy. We NEVER access personal photos, videos, messages, contacts, or call logs. Only basic device hardware status and security location are processed.
- Automatic Admin Release on Full Payment: As soon as the customer completes all EMI payments, the Device Administrator privilege is automatically released and revoked. The merchant loses all remote access, and the user can freely uninstall the app with full device freedom restored.
